Is the fragrance oil eco-friendly?
At Arôme Presence, we create scents with premium materials and ethical methods, always prioritizing safety and complying with the strictest standards.
All products are IFRA-approved.

Are your products safe to use around pets?
Our scents are safe to use around pets in living and workspaces. However, pets may be more sensitive to smells, so it's important to monitor their behavior. All our fragrances are IFRA-certified, meeting global safety standards.
Note: Our scents are for ambient use only and should never be ingested
How can I use my diffuser and essential oils safely?
For safe usage, we recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated area and limiting continuous use to a maximum of 8 hours at a time. Our diffusers work with adjustable intervals, allowing you to set them according to your needs. For example, with a 15-second on-time every 5 minutes, the actual diffusion time over 8 hours would be about 48 minutes, providing a balanced scent experience throughout the day.
This ensures a consistent fragrance while staying within safe exposure guidelines
What's the ideal diffuser size for my space?
Example:
For spaces up to 2000m², we recommend our HVAC or Floor-standing diffusers. These models provide powerful, even fragrance distribution across large areas for a consistent, pleasant scent experience
How easy is it to maintain the diffusers?
The machine needs cleaning when:
- You want to use a different essential oil
- The atomization is getting weaker
Cleaning steps:
- Remove the atomizing head and twist off the bottle
- Use an essential oil bottle with some alcohol, and let the machine atomize it for 5-10 minutes to prevent odors
- After drying, clean the intercalant
This makes the process clear and easy to follow
Orders
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or get in touch with our customer support team: support@aromepresence.com
Can I change my shipping and billing address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible, and we'll assist you with the change
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will always receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. The confirmation will include a tracking number, so you can easily track your order
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the Benelux region
What are the shipping costs for the Benelux?
- Free shipping in the Netherlands
- Free shipping in Belgium and Luxembourg
When will my order be shipped?
Order placed on weekdays before 16:00: Shipped the same day
Ordered on weekends? Your order will be shipped the next business day
Netherlands: Delivered the following day (assuming smooth delivery by the courier)
Belgium & Luxembourg: Delivered two days later (assuming smooth delivery by the courier)
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as per European consumer rights, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Diffusers may be tested for sound or operation, but should not be used with fragrance oils, or the return will be rejected. Due to hygiene regulations, both diffusers and fragrance oils cannot be returned once used or if the seal is broken. Contact our customer service before returning any items for further instructions. Refunds will be processed once the returned products are inspected

Is the advice non-binding?
Yes, you can contact us for advice on scent experiences and scent marketing without any obligation. We will work with you to provide a tailored proposal based on your situation and budget
Do you offer consultations on location?
Yes, we do. Simply fill out the contact form (under the FAQs section) with your company details, industry, and the size of your space. Let us know which scent system and fragrance oils you are interested in. This helps us prepare to serve you better
What is the Aroma Service Model?
With the Aroma Service Model, we take full care of your scent experience: from advice and installation to ongoing support.
You will receive regular scent deliveries, ensuring a consistent and high-quality fragrance experience without any effort on your part. We can discuss the details of this model further during our conversation
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, our products come with a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal use. If something goes wrong with your product during this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. For any warranty claims, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in the process
