Returns & Cancellations Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Product Use & Evaluation
You may evaluate an Arôme Presence diffuser as you would in a retail store by unpacking, inspecting, and switching it on.
However, adding or using fragrance oil in the diffuser goes beyond necessary inspection. This may affect the product’s eligibility for return due to product use and hygiene considerations.
If the seal of fragrance oil has been opened, this may result in a reduction in value, especially if the product no longer meets resale condition. We therefore advise careful handling when opening and testing products.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. After approval, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.
Please contact us at support@aromepresence.com to request a return form. Once requested, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Conditions
Please include the following details with your return:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number
- Ordered on / received on date
- Return date
- Reason for return
We recommend returning items in secure packaging to prevent damage during transport. Arôme Presence is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Incorrect or Unwanted Items
If you receive an incorrect product, please keep all packaging intact and contact us immediately.
Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed may no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, a refund will be issued so you can place a new order.
Bundled Products
If your order contains a bundle of multiple items, the entire bundle must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us via email at support@aromepresence.com.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of shipment, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipping.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
