Are your products safe to use around pets?

Yes, all of our fragrances are IFRA certified (International Fragrance Association). This means they comply with globally recognized safety standards based on ongoing scientific research and expert evaluation. It ensures our fragrance oils are developed for safe and responsible ambient use.

Our fragrances are safe for use in both residential and professional environments, including spaces where pets are present. However, as animals can be more sensitive to scent, we recommend observing their behavior to ensure they remain comfortable.

Our fragrances are intended for ambient use only and should not be ingested.

I want to create a quote , how should I do that?

For quotes, simply scroll down to the footer, click on 'Contact,' and fill out the contact form. Just select 'Quote' as the reason, and we will get back to you shortly!

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it may still be possible to change the shipping address. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible so we can assist you further.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order on a working day before 16:00, it will be shipped the same day. During peak periods, shipping may take place the following day.

What is your return policy?

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with European consumer rights, provided that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Diffusers may be switched on to test their sound or functionality, but must not be used with fragrance oil. Otherwise, the return will be refused.

Both diffusers and fragrance oils are considered hygienic products and cannot be returned once used or once the seal of the fragrance oil has been broken.

Please contact our customer support before returning any item to receive instructions.

Refunds will be processed once the returned products have been inspected.

How do I safely use my diffuser and fragrance oils?

At Arôme Presence, your safety and enjoyment come first. Our fragrance oils are carefully developed to meet strict European safety standards and are suitable for everyday use in homes, offices, and other spaces.

For best use, we recommend diffusing in a well-ventilated area and avoiding continuous use for long periods. Our diffusers operate in intervals, which you can easily adjust based on your space and preference. This ensures a consistent scent experience while staying within safe exposure levels.

All ingredients used in our fragrances comply with international safety regulations, so you can enjoy every scent with complete peace of mind.

How easy is it to maintain the diffusers?

The machine needs cleaning when:

  1. You want to use a different essential oil
  2. The atomization is getting weaker

Cleaning steps:

  1. Remove the atomizing head and twist off the bottle
  2. Use an essential oil bottle with some alcohol, and let the machine atomize it for 5-10 minutes to prevent odors
  3. After drying, clean the intercalant

This makes the process clear and easy to follow!

Are the oils natural?
